Hayley was very friendly and helpful. This is the fifth time I have been involved buying and selling a house, and she is by far the best real estate agent I have dealt with. Her personal manner and professionalism were second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone thinking about buying or selling their home.

Working with K Real Estate to sell our rural property has been a positive experience. Rebecca headed the team and was open and honest with us from the start. She worked collaboratively with us to discuss the best way to take our place to the market. What we particularly liked was how their digital marketing approach was very flexible and could be altered easily if needed. We had a number of the team at K Real Estate show potential buyers through our home. Without exception they were all professional. Their feedback was always prompt and honest and they left our property secure. Our main contacts were with Amy and Lisa. Both were able to present us with offers. Olivia is an amazing agent! The market was at its worse in an age and we had multiple offers- astounding! Olivia worked tirelessly with impressive determination and work ethic to get our property sold at the best price possible. Excellent communication, really listened to us, and our needs. Very honest and able to have difficult conservations (about the state of the market) to ensure our expectations were realistic. Big shout out to the photographer/videographer (with Olivia’s vision) for showcasing our property and the area – it really was the best video of a property that I have seen! We have collectively sold 11 properties and Sam Goffriller from K Real Estate is the very best we have worked with. Sam is professional and his integrity is without question, he did everything he said he would do and more! His communication was regular and informative. K Real Estate advertised our property, highlighting it in its best light and we rate them and Sam 10 out of 10 (I am someone who never gives a 10 because everyone can improve). Exceptional service, fantastic photography and videography and it impressed us the homework Sam had done on our property on how informative he was with potential purchasers plus his local knowledge of the greater Golden Bay area was impressive. I chose to sell with Sam as he had shown me through a couple of properties (when he was working with another company) and I felt he was upfront, honest and genuine. All the way through the selling process, K Real Estate was professional and upfront, not at all pushy, they kept me informed every step of the way and made the process very easy and transparent. When they sent me the write up to proofread, I forwarded it onto an editor friend, and she came back with zero changes (a first ever) and the photos were also fantastic). This is not the first time we have dealt with Vicky and for very good reason. Vicky was open, honest and caring when it came to dealing with us. Her professionalism, outstanding skills and tireless work throughout a global pandemic were much appreciated and ended in our house being in contract soon after moving out of lockdown. Vicky always kept us informed of any progress/comments about the house and was always available to talk if we were unsure of anything. Vicky is a true real-estate professional with a lovely personal touch and if we ever need to buy or sell again we would not hesitate to work with Vicky again.

Natacha has set the bar really high for real estate agents in the district. She was extremely professional, worked tirelessly to get us a quick result and communication was always super friendly and regular. We were also very impressed with the high quality photos and video of our property, it looked amazing! The rest of the K real estate team were very professional and you could tell how cohesive the team are as they all work together brilliantly to sell each listing. No open homes worked well for us and saved us a lot of hassle and stress during the selling period. We sold within 4 weeks and were very happy with our result.
