Promoter:
The promoter is K Real Estate of 13 Coman Drive, Richmond and 20 Tudor Street, Motueka (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”).

Promotion Period:
The Promotion runs from 1 March 2026 to 31 May 2026 (inclusive).

Eligibility:
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older who are the legal owner(s) of a residential property listed with the Promoter. Employees/contractors of the Promoter (and their immediate family) are not eligible.

How to Qualify / Enter:
Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw when:

• the property is listed with the Promoter under a signed exclusive agency agreement between 1 March 2026 and 31 May 2026, and
• the property is sold through the Promoter and becomes unconditional, and
• the sale is completed on or before 31 July 2026.
• Minimum of a silver marketing package
• No separate entry form is required.
• At the agents discreation.

The Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a refund of the sales commission charged by the Promoter, up to a maximum value of $15,000 (including GST) (“Prize”).
The Prize is limited to the actual commission paid. If the commission is less than $15,000 incl GST, only that amount will be refunded. No additional cash payment will be made.

Prize Payment:
The Prize will be paid by bank transfer within 20 working days of settlement, once the commission has been paid in full and the winner’s identity and bank details have been confirmed.

Draw Details:
The draw will take place on [3 August 2026] at Motueka Police station. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 working days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days, is ineligible, or forfeits the Prize, the Promoter may redraw.

Exclusions:
The Promotion does not apply to:

• listings signed outside the Promotion Period
• general/multi-agency listings
• withdrawn, cancelled, expired, or terminated listings
• sales not completed through the Promoter
• transactions that do not settle
• listings where commission is waived or reduced to $0

General Conditions:
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and eligibility. The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Privacy:
Personal information will be collected and used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

Legal:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. This Promotion is governed by New Zealand Law
